One Stop can also provide guidance, information and assistance for students and parents who are interested in financial aid to cover college expenses. FINANCIAL AID: ◆ Answering questions about the

FAFSA ◆ Report status of financial aid application ◆ Answer questions about verification ◆ Facilitate student acceptance of scholarships and other financial aid ◆ Collect thank you letters for scholarships ◆ Accept financial aid forms ◆ Answer questions about financial aid warnings and suspensions ◆ Report status of disbursements

STUDENT ACCOUNTS: ◆ Process student payments including cash and check; assist with credit card payments on CashNet ◆ Issue refund checks ◆ Apply charges ◆ Provide billing information ◆ Administer payment plans ◆ Provide book vouchers and answer questions regarding this process ◆ Provide student account information ◆ Lift holds related to student accounts
