Welcome to the June issue of the WAM newsletter Inside this issue we have a look back to June - on the club night front, it was a talk by MotoAir jackets, and a very interesting and informative talk about air bag equipped motorcycle jackets, complete with a couple of demo’s. If anyone is interested, then go to the MotoAir web site :- www.motoair.com Also in June, Rob T lead out on the Official Club run on the 14th to Deerbyshire, some pix are inside. And in this issue we have info on some deals going ion at the moment, on Bikesafe, they are offering courses for 50% off - more details inside, especially if anyone has a friend who may be considering doing one of their sessions. And then we, WAM, are offering 50% off an FLC - if you are under 30 and complete the course - more details inside. So to this month - July club night is going to be the WAM Barbeque down at the Eastham Ferry pub, usual start time, and if the weather is anything like last year, it’ll be a great night!! So turn up!! Here are a couple of pix from last year…….
WAM BBQ in full swing And finally……….
Unless I’ve forgot something, here is a sight you don’t see very often on any motorbike…. (unless you are Mike and Lindsay on their CBR600 and Tiger 955i) 100,000 miles on my Tiger odometer! That is now my second bike with over 100,000 miles on the clock!! Pete 3
