Hi Erasmus+Project friends! It’s a Turkish Coffee

Ingredients: 1 Sugar Spoon Of Turkish Coffee 2 Sugar Cube 1 Cup Water

Preparation : First, 1 cup of water is put into the coffee pot. Then 1 sugar spoon of coffee is added to water and 2 cubes of sugar are thrown (if there is no sugar cubes, half a sugar spoon of sugar can be added). Then these ingredients are mixed and left to boil. Coffee pot is taken from the stove. You can pour the coffee into the cup and drink it.

~Recipe For Cabbage Dish~

Ingredients For Cabbage Dish . 1 bunch of cabbage . 2 tablespoons of rice . 1 cup of beans . 1/2 cup canned corn .1 onion . 1 clove of garlic . 4 tbsp of butter .1 tablespoon of tomato paste . 6 cups of water . 1 tablespoon of corn flour . 1/2 cup of hot water . 1 teaspoon of black pepper .A desseret spoon of salt . 1 teaspoonful pepper


The Key to Cabbage Plate Recipe: Chop the cabbage neither too thin nor too thick. If you want, you can use white cabbage instead of black cabbage. Cabbage Recipe Recommendation: You can leave it in the water to have a softer mixture after taking it from the stove.

How to Make a Cabbage Dinner Recipe? 1.Wash and chop the cabbage.

2. Pour water in a saucepan and start boiling, then add the cabbage and boil for about 10 minutes.

3. On the other hand, chop the onion and garlic.


4.Take the boiled and softened cabbage from the water. Strain the water with the help of a strainer.

5. Put olive oil in a saucepan, add salt and fry the garlic with onion until it turns brown. Then add tomato paste and continue roasting.

6.After a while, add the drained cabbage to the pot. Add rice, kidney beans and canned corn. Mix them all.

7. Cook the cabbage until it softens well.

8. Mix half cup of hot water and corn flour, Add as much as you want from the seasoning you want and add it to the cooked soup. After boiling for another 5-6 minutes, remove from the stove, sprinkle with canned corn and serve.

STEP 3 • We are waiting for the butter to melt.

• We put some corn flour to the pan.


STEP 4 • We put some cheese on it.


STEP 5 • We add 2.5 glasses of water on it.


STEP 6 • We cook it for about 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS 1 liter milk 2 cups of rice 1 liter water 3 tablespoons of rice flour 1.5 -2 cups of granulated sugar (if you don't like too much sugar, you can use 1.5 cups) 1 glass of milk Some cinnamon or nut

WE MUST WASH OUR HANDS FIRST.


STEP 1

Soak the rice in warm water for half an hour. Wash the rice with plenty of water and drain it. Add 1 cup of water and cook it until it boils.


STEP 2

Add milk, vanilla and sugar and cook until the rice is tender. Crush the starch with 2-3 spoons of water and add it to the rice pudding. Boil for another 4-5 minutes, go on stirring.


STEP 3 Put rice pudding into the small pots with the help of scoop.


STEP 4

In a bowl, beat the yolk. Spread the yolk on the rice pudding.Put the rice pudding into the oven. Cook it about ten or fifteen minutes and remove it from the oven.

INGREDIENTS 500 grams of grape leaves 1 tablespoon tomato sauce Half tea glass of olive oil 2 cups of rice

1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of mint 1 onion

FOR THE SAUCE Half tea glass of oil 1 tablespoon spoon tomato sauce

3 and a half cups of water Some salt


 2 plastic bowl  Water glass  Tablespoon

 We should wash our hands


 We should leave the grape leaves in hot water for 15-20 minutes


 Wash the rice well


 Strain the rice


 Add 1.5 tablespoons of tomato sauce and mix them.


 Put 1 teaspoon of mint


 Put 1 teaspoon of salt


 Put 1 teaspoon of black pepper and mix them.


 Turn the onion into small pieces with the help of a robot


 Add half a cup of oil and mix


 We should put the grape leaves waiting in hot water in a pot and add water on it. We should cook after adding water


 After the grape leaves are cooked,we put the mixture we made in it and we cover and wrap the leaves from both sides.


Its thickness should be as much as the little finger


 We need to put sarmas into the saucepan and prepare the sauce

 Half glass of olive oil  1 tablespoon tomato sauce

 3 water glasses water  Some salt


 And cook it for about forty or forty five minutes.
