Step 1. Wash the chicken, then dry it

Step 2. Add salt and pepper, then put the chicken in the air fryer

Step 3. Prepare the black rice and the water for boiling. Add salt in the water. Peel off the zucchini

Step 4. Grate the zucchini, then spread butter on a pan. Put the zucchini inside

Step 5. Stir in the shredded zucchini so that it doesn’t stick. Check if the chicken is done. If it is, put it aside

Step 6. Sepparate the water from the boiled black rice. Put the rice in the pan with the shredded zucchini

Step 7. After the mixture is done, wash some rucola. Put everything on a plate. Enjoy your meal!

Grill chicken breast with mexicanstyle vegetables

Tender the chicken breast, then add salt and pepper. Fry it in a pan. For the vegetables, just boil carrots, corn, pepper and peas. Enjoy!

Drain and rinse the kidney beans, the corn and the chickpeas and add to a large bowl.

SERVINGS: 6 servings (as a side)

Chop the cucumber, the green onion, the white onion, the tomato and parsley.

Add the lettuce. Give a good toss.

▢ Whisk all of the dressing ingredients together, or put them in a jar and give them a good shake. Add the sugar to taste so you get the perfect balance of tangy and sweet for you.

▢ Pour the dressing over the salad and toss together well.

Tip After making the salad let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes. By doing this, the flavours will have time to blend together nicely.

OSTROPEL AND MEATBALLS

You need:  3 potatoes  a garlic  meat (beef, pork, etc.)  breadcrumbs (200 g)  flour  2 eggs  dill (½)  salt/tender (to taste)  pepper (to taste)

First, you have to chop the meat, potatoes and garlic. After you're done chopping put everything in a large bowl, with 2 eggs, breadcrumbs, dill, salt and pepper. Then mix everything the mixture becomes homogeneous.

From the resulting mixture they form medium sized balls. Then pass them through the flour and fry them in oil.

You need:  a garlic  tomato paste  parsley  flour (30g)  3 onions  salt/tender (to taste)  pepper (to taste)

Chop the garlic and chop the 3 onions. Put the onion in a saucepan until it turns yellow, then add the garlic. Leave the garlic on the heat for 1 minute, then add 30 g of flour, tomato paste and 3 cups of water. You can also add parsley (if you want).

Last step is to add salt or tender (to taste) and pepper (to taste).

Fluffy donuts with yogurt

• Fluffy and aromatic donuts with vanilla and lemon peel that does not require much talent in preparation. The recipe is simple and accessible and I have never made a mistake

Ingredients

• 300 grams of flour • 2 yolks • 350 ml of milk • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar • A pinch of salt • Lemon peel • A spoon of sugar • 30 grams of yeast • 10 grams of vanilla powder • Oil

Preparation

• Mix the yeast with the spoon of sugar and the warm milk and leave to rest, until foamy. Then beat well with the yolks and 300 g flour with a mixer. Add salt, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and the rest of the flour.

Knead to be an elastic dough. Allow to rest for 30 minutes.

Preparation

•After sipping, the fluffy donut dough is spread on a floured countertop. Cut the rounds with a special shape or a glass with thin edges. The dough for fluffy donuts.

Leave to rise for 10 minutes on a tray.

Frying fluffy donuts

• Heat the oil well and put the donuts in the hot oil, and the fire is low. They come back with 2 forks and on the other side and when they become golden they remove on absorbent napkins. Shake gently and place in a bowl and sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar while still hot.

Serving fluffy donuts

• These wonderful fluffy donuts are served with jam or simple, powdered sugar.They are very fluffy and airy, pleasantly flavored with vanilla and lemon peel .Without these two ingredients have no taste. It would be a toast in oil.

We need an onion,two eggs,tomato sauce,salt,pepper,pepp er paste,garlic,spinach.

We cut the onon and fry it.After it has a gold colour,we put some pepper pasta,some tomato sauce.

While the onion is frying,we cut the garlic.

We put the garlic and mix it.

We need to cut the spinach and to scald it.

Now we mix it and put salt and pepper.

We fry the eggs in oil with some salt.

Now we put them in a bowl and enjoy our meal.

Supa de pui

Ingredients: • 1 kilogram of chicken meat. • 3 carrots • A celery • An onion • A fatty pepper • 6 liters of water • Spices

Method of preparation

For starters we’ll clean the vegetables and then we’ll wash and cut.

• After these we will put the vegetables in the water with meat.

• We leave them to boil for about one hours.

After our soup has boiled we will have to take the foam from the meat and put it in a bowl.

Then in a while we'll take the meat and sneak the soup

After we sneak the soup we'll put the teiteii then we'll leave them on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
