MARCH KUYMAK

Kuymak is made of butter, cheese and corn flour for breakfast. It is one of the most popular for breakfast in Black Sea region.

How to make kuymak? INGREDIENTS -3 spoons of corn flour -2 spoons of butter -Some cheese -A pinch of salt -2.5 glasses of water

PREPARATION Step1. Put pan on the stove Step2. Add butter into the pan Step3.Wait for the butter to melt Step4. Put 3 spoons of corn flour into the pan and mix it constantly Step5. Put some cheese on it and keep stirring. Step6. Add 2.5 glasses of water on it Step7. Cook it about 15 minutes and stir untill cooked. Bon Appetit Prepared by Elanur Yılmaz -8/D
