Among the most "visible" benefits of a healthy lifestyle is the fact that you feel great, have more energy, can concentrate better and get sick less often - or, why not, not at all).
It cannot be said that one is more important than another, but of course, without a healthy diet and enough hours of sleep you can do nothing.
You may have heard of the Healthy Eating Pyramid. In terms of food categories, the pyramid includes the following food groups: fruits and vegetables bread, cereals, rice and pasta milk, yogurt, cheese, meat, fish, eggs, animal and vegetable fats and sweets.
At the base of the pyramid are the foods that can be consumed in the largest quantities, ie fruits and vegetables.
Followed by foods rich in carbohydrates, milk and dairy products. "Going" higher on the pyramid, the foods we should consume less, in this case fats, sweets, alcohol.

Sportive exercises are good for health. If you exercise a little bit right after you wake up in the morning, you will have more energy and you will also loose some weight (not in just a few seconds, but if you keep doing them for a few months, you will start loosing weight).
Sleeping is very important for us because, while sleeping, our mind is getting some rest and we are „recharging our batteries”. If you get less than 9 hours of sleep every day, you will be too tired to do anything and you won`t be able to pay attention to anything.
Team sports are also important. You play a sport you like AND you socialise with other people. If you want to have a healthier life and making friends you have to play a team sport. Some of the best team sports you can play are: soccer, basketball, handball, voley and tennis.
