To set individuals in this position up for success, they’re taught everything they need to know including Pet16
co’s Seven-Point Pet Care Check – performed prior to any grooming service to assess pets and recommend the most appropriate service – customer engagement, veterinarian-approved basics on skin and coat, and information on parasites, behavior and most importantly, safety. Based on individual productivity, each Jr. Pet Stylist has the opportunity to increase their personal compensation by being eligible to earn a weekly bonus. • If a Jr. Pet Stylist partner is interested in becoming a Pet Stylist, they have the opportunity to be promoted to Pet Stylist Apprentice and placed in a 12-week program carefully crafted to teach all apprentices how to successfully groom all breeds of dogs.
