Superior negotiation skills with the ability to demonstrate examples 7. Ability to plan and have back up plans and to document these for you 8. Presents professionally, is reliable and community focused 9. Is part of a recognised and professional high-performance brand 10. Finance knowledge / qualifications and experience 11. Understanding of the economy and projects coming up in and around Hobart 12. Has positive energy and is stable/reliable 13. Treats buyers fairly and supports them to make it easy to submit the best offer they can – across all contract conditions 14. Provides styling advice and package (inside and out) to ensure your property is ready to be the best it can be prior to its marketing 15. Provides complimentary premium, hotel grade white linen if needed which is recommended for all bedding and bath sheets for photos. 16.
