I have a natural and genuine passion for real estate and finance, with a personal portfolio across Hobart (including air bnb) and in Melbourne with a superior level of national, state, and local property/economy knowledge, energy and communication/negotiating skills.
I have ample experience in the real estate industry. Since 2012 I have worked on well over 1,600 contracts for sale in Hobart, working closely with lenders, brokers, conveyancers, lawyers, councils, surveyors, valuers and building inspectors to ensure seamless sales from contract signing.
I have had extensive experience as a mortgage broker advising on over $350 million worth of lending, property settlements in excess of $100 million and able to qualify buyers rigorously and systematicallyregarding the strength/risk of a contract of sale.
I have coached agents on buyer qualification – a key skill gap across the industry which is crucial to ensure the successful and seamless settlement of property sales and a mentor to junior agents in the industry.
I have achieved several record sales across Hobart, from Battery Point, Claremont and the Huon Valley with consistent results while implementing strategies that give the vendors a true edge.
