School & Group Tours at the Museum or Let Us Bring the Museum to You! The College Park Aviation Museum offers a variety of tours for groups — whether you are looking to book a school field trip or an outing for a Senior Center or a Youth Group — we have something to offer. Our educational tours utilize our permanent exhibits as well as hands-on activities and interactives to excite participants about the history and science of flight. For school groups, tours are designed to address gradeappropriate Common Core and Maryland educational standards and can be modified to accommodate a wide range of learning abilities. Call the museum for pricing for school and adult groups or visit www.CollegeParkAviationMuseum.com. The Museum also offers a wide range of outreach activities and lectures that we can travel to your location. For more information, contact Amanda Elliott, Education & Interpretation Manager, at 301-864-5312 or email her at Amanda.Elliott@PGParks.com.

f you have attended a program at the museum, you have probably seen Michael G. Stewart behind a camera taking photos. Whether in the sky, studio, on

stage or on location, for more than 40 years Michael has been a recognized master of his craft. He spent 28 years as an aerial and architectural photographer in his hometown of Washington, D.C., and several years as a photographer for The Hirshhorn Museum. His award-winning photos have appeared in a diverse set of publications from The Washington Post to Guitar Aficionado. In addition, his images of musicians and performing artists have appeared on more than 300 CD and album covers. For seven years, Michael was a judge on the packaging and design committee for the Grammy awards. He is also the illustrator of six books and is looking forward to his images being featured in a new biograghy of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Michael enjoys aviation, vintage cars and motorcycles, collecting guitars, traveling with his lovely wife Julie, creating art and sorely misses his days in the air.
