Dear Aquatics Patrons: We truly appreciate working with all of you and wish to extend our appreciation for the opportunity to take part in your fitness routine and program. The Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex Aquatic venue plays host to numerous community based youth programs and activities throughout the summer. The Aquatic venue will commence Summer Hours of Operation beginning Monday, June 17, 2019. Please be advised, at that time, the leisure pool as well as the locker rooms will experience higher volumes of children; Monday-Friday, 10 am-4 pm. In addition, the activity in the water may be more rambunctious and playful due to the volume and age ranges of the children. The Aquatic venue (leisure and competition pools) is in such high demand during this period of time that we have developed the schedule and logistics to minimize the displacement of our patrons and users as much as possible. We continue to be committed to providing all of our patrons and participants with the highest standard of service in the industry. We appreciate your patience as we work through our busy summer schedule. For all of our users, our goal is to have an enjoyable and lasting impression of our facility. Thank you for your continued patronage and support.

Friday, May 10, 2019 - 7 pm The Unkind Hours by

Dwayne Alexander Smith Steven Burns, a former major league baseball player, had the perfect life… until his five year old daughter is abducted and murdered. With zero suspects, the police are left baffled and Steven must accept the haunting loss without justice. Until… A shadowy stranger offers Steven an opportunity to exact ultimate revenge. Compelled by fury and grief, Steven finds the stranger’s unspeakable proposition impossible to resist, despite fears, he's headed down a path of no return. Amazon Book Review

Friday, June 14, 2019 - 7 pm The Book in Room 316 by

ReShonda Tate Billingsley National bestselling and award-winning author ReShonda Tate Billingsley delivers another moving, evocative, and timely novel about how a small seed of hope can change the course of one’s life. Savannah Graham thought she had the perfect marriage…until grief drove her husband into the arms of his best friend’s wife. Now, she believes revenge is the only way her heart can heal from the betrayal. For fifty-two years, Ollie Moss lived side by side with the love of his life, his wife Elizabeth. But now that she’s gone, so is his desire to live, despite the love from his children, and his beloved grandson Samuel. Can anything save Ollie’s life? Anna Rodriguez just wants to work and provide for her three children by any means necessary. But her decision to break the law in order to get a job is threatening life as she knows it. Trey Brown is known in his neighborhood as a hustler, so much so that the gangs want him to join their ranks...but there’s a reason the nineteenyear-old does what he does—he’s the only one left who can save his little brother. Different circumstances lead each of them to The Markham Hotel, where they hope to find solace, comfort, and answers. Told from multiple perspectives, The Book in Room 316 will renew your strength and faith that there is always a way forward. Barnes & Noble
