How To Use Dihydromyricetin(DHM) To Prevent Hangovers?

What Is Dihydromyricetin (DHM)? Dihydromyricetin (DHM) is making rounds as a recognizable supplement in aiding morning recovery. It’s nothing new as it has been widely used in Korea, China, and China since the year 659 for a hangover cure. Interestingly, it has only come into the limelight around 2012 after more research was done on it. Also known as the Oriental Raisin tree or the Japanese Raisin tree, DHM (27200-12-0) is a herbal compound found in Hovenia Dulcis. It is also commonly found in Ampelopsis Glossendentata, also referred to as the Rattan tea. Being a deciduous tree, it could grow as high as 1.2meters and bear berry-like fruits whose taste is similar to that of raisins.
