Andover Boys Swimming and Diving completed another strong season with an undefeated 6-0 record. The team placed fourth out of 44 teams at the Eastern Interscholastic Championship. Considering this was Andover’s first time competing at Easterns, this was quite a feat. Andover’s undefeated 2012-2013 season keeps its in-season clean-sheet alive, as the team has not lost an in-league meet since 2008. Andover Nordic recorded satisfying results with the boys placing as high as fourth out of nine teams and the girls placing as high as fourth out of 10 teams at the Lake Region Championships. Anjali Krishnamachar ‘13 (pictured left) helped the girls place fifth out of nine at Vermont Academy. Co-Captains Elana King-Nakaoka ’14 and Sean Burkitt ’14 were influential in Andover’s success this year, and the team will benefit from their leadership again next year.
