The curtain facade system used is a double skin facade consisting of a service steel grate deck on the outside of the builidng. Joined to the floor plate with steel brackets. The brackets also hold up the main steel tube framing system that forms the external facade. A series of sloped glazing panels interchanging angles to create a dynamic facade. The steel tubing is light and simple in constructing linking directly back to the main structure through steel brackets and plates. A simple secondary glazing system is used and clipped onto the exterior framing to provide a protective layer. The interior glazing is joined to spandrels through waterproofed transoms and mullions.

The structural facade systme consists of an internal concrete column and steel beam base. However on the exterior the supporting structure is made up of round, diagonal concrete columns that connect to each other. The facade is dynamic in the sense that it protudes in and out slightly at certain areas. A part of the structural facade will penetrate the interior to connect to the interior columns. A simple glazing system is used on the face of the building joined to the spandrels with specified transoms and mullions.
