Ashley H. (left) trusted in Christ after experiencing the deepest emptiness the fast-paced sorority lifestyle had to offer. When she fully grasped what Jesus did to save her, she was barely able to contain her newfound joy and excitement. Her faith coupled with her outgoing personality led to a natural overflow, and she couldn't help but tell a large number of her sorority sisters about Jesus. By God's grace, several others also put their faith in Him. Ashley H. recently moved to Birmingham to serve with the Campus Outreach global network alongside Phil & Ashley.

Coming to college, Kasey (right) was eager to be discipled and minister to others. During college she took advantage of every opportunity to grow in her faith and God cultivated in her a heart for His kingdom. She grew tremendously as a leader. One way this growth expressed itself was her living situation. She chose to live in the freshmen dorm for several years in order to position herself to share Christ & her life with others. This life-on-life evangelism and discipleship was influential in other younger girls coming to Christ.

Kasey recently completed a postgraduate fellowship and is eager to continue living the lifestyle she cultivated in college.

“I love who Jesus is and what he's done for me, and I want to tell everyone I meet about Him. - Ashley H. "God has totally transformed my life and I'm praying that he'll continue working through me to have a similar impact on others." - Kasey

Sam (left) put his faith in Christ while at a Campus Outreach conference in Chattanooga, TN. Since that day he's never been the same. His former desires to spend his life chasing worldly success began to fade, and new desires began to grow to follow Christ wherever it might take him. Specifically, God's grown Sam's heart for the nations. Sam and his new wife Katy serve on staff with CO. They desire to help more students experience the lifetransforming power of the gospel, just like they did. Ultimately they desire to serve internationally.

Growing up in church, Hunter (right) began college thinking he had it all figured out. He was largely resistant to having leaders in his life and wanted little to do with the CO ministry on his campus. Slowly, God began to reveal himself to Hunter through His word. His heart began to soften as he saw God's word come to life. He was particularly gripped by the urgency of Jesus' command to go and make disciples & for God's desire for His glory to be made known. It's been incredible to see God's work in Hunter. His heart beats to see others know Christ and he is currently on staff with CO.

“It's amazing what God has done in my life. I want to give my life to glorifying God by making disciples. - Hunter "Lord willing, I hope to be a missionary who stays overseas for a lifetime. I'm excited to spend the next few years being developed and trained in preparation to go." - Sam

TRENDS

Each number below represents an individual human life changed within the 30 Campus Outreach ministry franchises throughout the world. This transformation is only made possible by your generosity. It is in this spirit we share these numbers. Thank you for facilitating this impact through your giving and prayers. We invite you to join us in praising God for the lives He has transformed.

Jesus called men and women to follow Him. Today, Jesus is still calling college students to turn from their sin, trust in Him, and to come and follow Him. The gospel message is being shared and this year 1,257 students began following Jesus.

After the 12 disciples left everything to follow Jesus, He spent time establishing them in their new faith. He knew they needed a foundation to build a life upon. This year 3,106 students were discipled to follow Christ for a lifetime.

Jesus knew His mission would require leaders, so he trained his disciples to lead effectively. This year 2,265 students were trained in biblical leadership principles and practices.

After Jesus ascended to heaven, his disciples were mobilized to carry on His work in the world. This year 535 graduates were strategically mobilized to serve Christ in the community, church, and family.

...in Campus Outreach began following Jesus through the ministry of Campus Outreach. Praise God that students are hearing of God's love in Christ and responding in faith.

Over a ten-year period from 20062016, God has worked a 372% increase in the number of ethnically diverse leaders he is developing through Campus Outreach.

Below are some of the leaders serving with the international Campus Outreach ministries. Most of these leaders are the first person in their family to follow Jesus. It is a great joy to serve alongside leaders from many different countries, and it is an even greater joy to witness what God is doing to reach lost souls, make disciples, and build leaders all around the world. Your partnership makes this possible. Thank you.

"I have said publicly more than once that it might be the case that the most important part of my legacy of 33 years at Bethlehem Baptist Church will be that I was the pastor that brought Campus Outreach to Minneapolis. The vision of this ministry is so closely tied to the heartbeat of my life.” John Piper, Desiring God Ministries
