RF CORRIDOR WALL. GENERAL.
RF CORRIDOR WALL. RF corridor wall is available either single or double glazed. Whether viewed from the corridor or from the office, Bene RF boasts a continuous glass surface and meets all aesthetic requirements for unmatched transparency. The transparent glass elements are bonded so as to produce a uniform, flush and aesthetically clean design. Bene’s frameless non load-bearing RF system can be installed within areas with heights up to 350 cm without any requirement for additional vertical support. Glass elements are bonded vertically with transparent or anthracite adhesive. A transparent silicon joint sealant is optional. Horizontal bonding of glass panels and profiles with adhesive. An aluminum pilaster strip protects the glass edges and assumes most of the load-bearing function. All elements, including the glass, the hinged doors and the wall connections, are manufactured in a perfect finish down to the last detail, following a consistent, uniform design scheme. Elements are arranged in coordinated, project-specific module measurements, permitting reversible arrangement of door and glass panels. For office remodelling, safety locks are simply released and panels unhooked. When rooms need to be used for different purposes, panels can easily be upgraded from single to double glazing without changing the design.

Construction. The linear glass wall allows floor-to-ceiling heights of up to 350 cm and module widths up to 150 cm. Glass panels are bonded to system rails with adhesive and fixed to floor and ceiling rails using levelling elements. Identical front glass design for single or double glazed option. Folding doors are flush mounted. Sliding-door panels are frameless and have excellent sliding properties. Bene's RF is designed to accommodate building tolerances and movement. Screws are invisible and glass elements are integrated such that they are not subject to any stress loading. All linear glass edges are bevelled, sanded and polished. Both profile and glass panel junctions are mitred.

RF CORRIDOR WALL. SINGLE GLAZED. The RF single-glazed corridor wall system is available with either folding or sliding doors, attaining up to 39 dB (Rw). A variety of connecting elements makes it compatible with the R2 work wall and drywalls. Thanks to its consistent design and construction, the second wall panel can easily be refitted when rooms need to be used for other purposes. The single-glazed RF corridor wall comes in 10, 12 and 16 mm TSG or LSG acoustic glass. Its smart design allows accommodation of building tolerances and ceiling movement.

Safety glass Safety glass is available in the form of laminated sheet glass (LSG) or toughened safety glass (TSG).
