Collaborative and Innovative Leadership
YOU HAVE PREPARED MEMBERS TO LEAD IN COLLABORATIVE AND INNOVATIVE WAYS.
More than ever before, we need a membership full of strong, confident leaders. The issues facing the world today are more complex than ever before. They require leaders equipped with strategic thinking skills, vision and strong networks.
As a sisterhood, we must acknowledge the challenges facing Greek Life are significant, and could threaten the very existence of Pi Beta Phi. Today’s college campus is quickly evolving and too many people are questioning the relevance of sororities. However, we continue to be convinced that the experience Pi Phi offers is exactly what today’s young women need.
Pi Beta Phi is uniquely qualified to empower women — both collegians and alumnae — equipping them with strategic thinking skills, vision and strong networks. We are both great believers that life is really all about experiences and relationships. By investing in Pi Phi, we are providing critical experiences for leadership development and securing a network of support for women that will last long beyond their collegiate careers.
Pi Beta Phi is rich in leadership development opportunities, with events such as College Weekend, Pi Beta Phi Leadership Institute and the Leadership Development Consultant program. We are grateful for the opportunity to help more women benefit from these premier programs with our gift to the SHINE THROUGH campaign.

Kelley used the SHINE THROUGH campaign as an opportunity to establish a Chapter Leadership Education Expendable (CLEE) fund for North Carolina Delta. Kelley supported North Carolina Delta as a Resident Leadership Development Consultant and understood that it’s often younger chapters who need extra support to send members to leadership development events. This CLEE fund will provide resources for the chapter’s leaders to attend Fraternity leadership training opportunities as well as leadership education experiences for the entire chapter.
