Dear international SCORA members Let us start by greeting you all, and expressing our gratitude for SCORA, being true to itself and sticking to its habits. We very much appreciate the possibility to work once again on SCORA X-Change in Tunisia. Unfortunately, last year was not our turn. But the good news is, that was obviously not the end of the road for us. We are so willing to come back a lot stronger and with a lot more to offer. And that’s because we do simply love SCORA, and love is all about share. With that said, making the fourth Tunisian edition is not considered as an option, but more of an evidence. Having already started the work, all we can promise is that this edition will meet your expectations with unique program. Our priorities set this time are mostly about guaranteeing a high and sustainable level of trainings, workshops and accommodation, focusing more on providing helpful and useful knowledge about the topics we will approach. And it goes without saying that our team will as well provide interesting social programs to explore both our traditions and captivating sites. TUNIS

The capital, Tunis is a small piece of land that retraces the history of the whole country. It combines the vestiges of the different civilizations that went through Ifriqiya: from the Punic Carthage, the Roman and the Byzantine to the Arab Moslem. Tunis with the medina and its suburbs then the “westernized” Tunis with its urban expansion from the colonial period till today and with it’s all the other areas. While paying a visit to Tunis, you need to try the tasty “Banbalouni’ in Sidi Bou Said. Visit the “medina” and its “souk”, some of its abodes that are opened to visitors and its zaouias. It is also recommended to go to la Goulette in order to have a better idea about the Tunisian cuisine that you will enjoy a lot. The ruins of Carthage should not be forgotten, ruins that will reveal to you a part of the greatness of the antique civilizations
