COME HUNGRY, LEAVE HAPPY Watch your concept of “cafeteria food” transform before your very eyes. Far from the horror stories of college meals that you may have heard, the spacious, naturally lit Commons dining room serves a variety of delicious, healthy choices. Enjoy a full meat and/or vegetable meal from the Hot Bar or grab a slice from the pizzeria. Feel like a sandwich? Stop by the deli. In the mood for a burger or chicken sandwich? The grill will fire it up for you. Have a dietary concern? Stop by the G8 station, which serves flavorful vegan and gluten-free dishes. Layer leafy greens for a lighter lunch from the salad bar. And don’t forget to stop by the dessert station for a sweet treat!

CULTIVATE CREATIVITY

INVESTED IN INTERNSHIPS

From sculpture and ceramics to plays and performances, Piedmont celebrates the arts. Audition for plays and musicals, join a music ensemble, or develop your visual art skills in our beautiful studios. You won’t find yourself on the fringes as an artist on campus—you’ll fit right in as your fellow students create and experience a variety of artistic endeavors.

The Piedmont faculty and staff don’t just serve you when you’re on campus. Whether you’re a teacher-to-be who needs time in an elementary classroom, a theatre arts major ready to see a professional backstage close up, or a criminal justice major eager to work in a courthouse, Piedmont’s student services will help you take those critical steps through meaningful internships.

SEE THE WORLD

URBAN ADVENTURES

Piedmont’s Summer Travel Study program sends students all over the world, and not just for a few weeks of fun (though that’s a huge part of it)! Students earn class credit through their international trips. And they gain perspective and skills that will serve them well throughout their careers in an increasingly global marketplace.

Every once in a while, you may feel ready to trade the quiet of the mountains for the energy of the big city. Hop in the car and you’ll be basking in the bright lights of Atlanta just an hour later. Feel like going further? Take a day trip to Chattanooga, Charlotte, Asheville, or Nashville. Take in a concert, professional sports game, or Broadway show through a planned student outing or on your own.
