Rock Band Immersion Camp
ages 9–18 r$680 N$710
Play with a BAND! Get your hands on an instrument in this immersive rock band experience. As a group, we will select a setlist or decide to write our own songs (or some of both) at the beginning of the week. Then we will learn, rehearse, and record our songs and create a digital album of our set, or a music video of one of our songs. We will choose content based on the groups interests.
Though we accept all skill levels within the age range, We do recommend that students have a basic working knowledge of music, at approximately an intermediate level. i.e. student can identify note names on their instrument by letter, understands basic chords, scales and song structures, is able to play through easy songs (3-6 chords within a progression). Mastery of the above concepts is NOT at all required.
Instruments available: drums/percussion, bass, guitar, piano/keyboard/organ, voice.
