Play Like a Girl+ Piedmont

The City of Piedmont Recreation Department will host the 2nd Annual Play Like a Girl+ Piedmont on Sunday, April 23rd. The event is aimed at getting girls+* involved in sports in a fun and supportive environment! More than 20 sports organizations from around the Bay Area will have hands-on activities for girls+ ages 2–18 to try. From hockey to long jump to rowing, there will truly be something for everyone! At this year’s event, there will be live demonstrations, professional and Olympic athletes and fabulous raffle prizes!

The event is free, however advanced registration is preferred. Registration will open on February 28th. This is not a drop-off event. Parent participation is encouraged. For more information visit piedmont.ca.gov/specialevents.
