Maceration takes 2 days at 8°C. The wine is seeded with selected yeasts and ferments at 25-28°C for 10 days
AGEING:

After malolactic fermentation, 100% of the wine is aged in American oak for 8 months. It remains in bottle for 4 months before being released
FINING & FILTRATION: •
Prior to bottling, the wine if filtered with earth pads to achieve biological stabilization & undergoes strict microbiological control

A complete harmony between colour, aroma, flavour and finish – it has an intense red colour, with notes of violets and plums & with sweet tannins

Malbec is combined with a touch of the best Cabernet Sauvignon and is only made in years when the grapes are high enough quality

Ripe, juicy raspberry fruit, lovely boysenberry and plenty of vanilla, spice and chocolate shadings with a round, inviting elegant style

Magdalena Toso was Pascual Toso’s mother and this wine is named in her memory
