CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing and faxed to 310.416.9055 or emailed to info@cahrconference.org. Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 07.31.15. Twenty-five percent (25%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by 08.28.15. Refunds will not be granted after 08.28.15 nor will they be given for no-shows. Credits will not be issued towards future PIHRA events. SUBSTITUTIONS: All substitutions must be submitted in writing and faxed to 310.416.9055 or emailed to info@cahrconference.org by 08.21.15. All other substitutions will be processed onsite at the registration booth. If a PIHRA member transfers his/her registration to a non-member, the non-member must do one of two things; pay the difference of the member and non-member price at the time of the transfer or become a PIHRA member at the time of the transfer. Only one substitution allowed per registrant. No split registrations. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, PIHRA programs and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to our use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such programs and activities.
