SPACE RENTAL TERMS A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the booth space is due with each contract ($500 per 10’x10’ space rented is nonrefundable). Full payment for exhibit space is due on or before February 28, 2012. After March 30, 2012, full payment must accompany all contracts.

CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations received between March 30 and June 30, 2012, will result in PIHRA retaining 50% of the total cost of the booth space.

TITLE SPONSOR $40,000 – EXCLUSIVE The Title Sponsor will receive maximum exposure including prominent company name or logo placement on all print and electronic marketing materials that will be distributed to over 100k HR professionals and business owners, up to three (3) additional 10’x10’ exhibit booths, logo on the Exposition Hall entrance unit and up to five (5) minutes to speak to attendees during the general session. TUESDAY NIGHT EVENT $25,000 – SOLD The Tuesday Night Event is the PIRHA Conference premier event that attendees are waiting for all year long. In 2011, PIHRA hosted full house at the Anaheim House of Blues in downtown Disney featuring a live musical performance. The Tuesday Night Event sponsor benefits include up to five (5) minutes to speak to attendees, up to one (1) additional 10’x10’ exhibit booth, sponsor logo on 1 meter signs in the Exposition Hall and onsite during event, and distribution of collateral materials in function space. CONCURRENT SESSIONS SPONSOR $15,000 – EXCLUSIVE Over 70 educational sessions are offered throughout the 3-day conference. The sponsor’s logo will be on all education sessions signs displayed outside the rooms in the convention center. The Concurrent Sessions sponsor benefits include logo on 22”x28” signs, logo on concurrent sessions presenter evaluations, distribution of collateral materials in Registration Bags, and one (1) editorial or advertorial in PIHRAeScope

GENERAL SESSION SPONSOR $10,000 EACH In addition to pre-show promotion, all General Session sponsorships include exclusive identi¬fication as the sponsor of the General Session, up to ¬five (5) minutes to speak to the attendees during the general session, logo on screens, logo on 1 meter signs, and distribution of collateral materials in function space. ONSITE CONFERENCE GUIDE: FOUR-COLOR AD ON BACK COVER $12,000 – EXCLUSIVE ONSITE CONFERENCE GUIDE: FOUR-COLOR AD ON INSIDE FRONT COVER $10,000 – EXCLUSIVE As the official guide to all concurrent sessions, special events, and keynotes, the Conference Program is given to every conference attendee in their Registration Bag. This sponsorship includes one fourcolor ad on the back cover of the Conference Guide or one four-color ad on the inside back cover. The Onsite Conference Guide sponsor will also distribute collateral materials in the Registration Bags.

EXPOSITION HALL OPENING RECEPTION $10,000 – EXCLUSIVE New to the PIHRA Conference, there will be a reception held in the Exposition Hall on the first evening of the conference. This is an opportunity for the conference attendees to socialize, network and meet with the exhibitors. The Exposition Hall Reception sponsor benefits include logo on 1 meter signs during reception, logo include in all marketing of the event, beverage station placed next to sponsor’s exhibit booth and distribution of collateral materials in function space. MOBILE SMARTPHONE APP $10,000 – EXCLUSIVE The Conference Smartphone App will be a new and exciting way for attendees to stay connected and updated on conference sessions, activities and news. The Conference Smartphone App sponsor benefits include a custom designed splash screen, banner advertisement or logo on several pages of the app and logo on all signage and electronic promotion.

REGISTRATION BAGS $8,000 – SOLD Put your company’s logo in the hands of more than 1,200 attendees and guarantee that it is seen all over the Convention Center and Disney area by sponsoring the Conference Registration Bags. All HR professionals attending receive a Registration Bag to utilize during and after the conference. The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the front of the bag and collateral material distributed with the bag. (PIHRA provides bags)

DISTRICT PLATED LUNCH $7,500 – SOLD The plated lunch is served to all attendees as they sit at designated district dining tables. In addition to the sponsor’s logo prominently displayed on the signage and screens, the sponsor may also provide an approved corporate promotional item with the lunch. Additional benefits include up to five (5) minutes to speak to the attendees.


CONFERENCE BOOKSTORE $5,000 – EXCLUSIVE The Conference Bookstore is visited by attendees, exhibitors and presenters throughout the Conference. The sponsor’s logo will be prominently displayed on the signage on both entrances on 1 meter signs. Additional benefits include distribution of collateral materials in Registration Bags. EXPOSITION HALL BUFFET LUNCHES (MONDAY AND TUESDAY) $5,000 EACH Buffet lunches are served to all registered attendees and to exhibitors with lunch tickets. In addition to the sponsor’s logo prominently displayed on the 1 meter signage, the sponsor may provide an approved corporate promotional item with the lunch. Additional benefits include distribution of collateral materials on dining tables.

GRAND PRIZE $5,000 – SOLD The Grand Prize, which is valued at $2,500, is referenced on all marketing pieces for the Conference. The sponsor’s logo will be printed alongside all references to the Grand Prize (pending deadlines are met). A company representative will present the prize to the winner at the closing of the final general session. Additional benefits include up to three (3) minutes to speak to attendees and one (1) editorial or advertorial in PIHRAeScope.

LANYARDS $5,000 – SOLD Conference lanyards are worn by attendees, exhibitors and presenters. The sponsor’s logo will be printed on the front of all badge holders (PIHRA will provide badge holders). Additional benefits include distributing collateral materials in Registration Bags.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP RECEPTION $2,500– EXCLUSIVE PIHRA will honor lifetime members with a private reception. EXHIBITOR LOUNGE $2,500– EXCLUSIVE PIHRA will provide an exhibitor lounge offering refreshments. Guest Room rates are $125 per night (includes one $50 food and beverage gift card per guest room with two night minimum stay). Gift card to be used by August 29, 2012 and applicable to hotel managed outlets. No cash value. The official hotel for the PIHRA Conference is the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort. The Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort is located in the heart of California’s famous Orange County adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort. It is a short drive from three major airports: John Wayne Airport (SNA), Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), and Long Beach Airport (LGB). Reservations must be made by August 6, 2012.
