The conference mobile app will be used by conference attendees, speakers and exhibitors for easy access to conference schedules, maps and events. The 2013 mobile app had over 9,700 page views. Sponsor logo will be placed alongside conference logo in the top position on each screen. Sponsor banner will be placed at the bottom of each screen.
The PIHRA Foundation hosts a silent auction in the center of the PIHRA Marketplace floor. Attendees visit frequently to bid on items donated to the foundation. Sponsor logo placement included in onsite signage, silent auction webpage and silent auction marketing in attendee bags.
Conference Water Bottles – $10,000 Sold Help PIHRA “get greener” and keep more than 11,000 plastic bottles out of the environment. All Conference attendees receive a customized refillable water bottle which serves as a collectible keepsake from year to year. The sponsor’s logo will appear on the water bottle (PIHRA provides water bottles).
Lanyards – $8,000 Sold Conference Lanyards are worn by attendees, exhibitors and presenters. The sponsor’s logo will be printed on the front of all badge holders (PIHRA will provide badge holders). Includes one registration bag insert of approved collateral or promotional item.
SHRMStore – $7,500 The SHRMStore® will be located in the lobby near registration and visited by attendees, exhibitors and presenters as they browse and buy a variety of HR-specific products and books. Plus, the store hosts book signings for all speaker/authors. This sponsorship includes logo placement on bookstore signage and bookstore webpage. Includes one registration bag insert of approved collateral or promotional item. 8

Conference Wi-Fi – $7,500 The California HR Conference offers unlimited free wi-fi access to all conference attendees, speakers and exhibitors. The Wi-Fi sponsor will have logo included on onsite signage
Grand Prize – $7,500 This sponsorship includes sponsor logo on signage, logo with hyperlink on prize webpage, and logo on screens. A sponsor representative is welcome to present the prize and speak to attendees for three (3) minutes after the final general session on Wednesday August 27, 2014 (must be present to win).
Charging Station – $7,500 Charging stations will be placed in the lobby and Marketplace for attendees to charge their devices. Charging station will be branded with sponsor logo.
Lunch in the Marketplace – $6,500 (Monday Sold or Tuesday) Buffet lunches are served to all registered attendees and to exhibitors with lunch tickets. In addition to the sponsor’s logo prominently displayed on the 1 meter signage and on screens, the sponsor may provide an approved corporate promotional item with the lunch. Additional benefits include distribution of collateral materials on dining tables.
Marketplace (Expo) Passport Game – $6,500 Sold The Exposition Passport Game provides the attendees a chance to win a prize by searching out the exhibitor booths listed on the game board and getting a stamp to complete the game. The Exposition Passport Game sponsor will get sponsorship recognition on the prize webpage and on the game board that is included in all registration bags given to attendees.
Registration Confirmation + Badge Preview Email – $6,000 Proudly display your logo and message on the registration confirmation and badge preview email to all attendees.
District Plated Lunch – $7,500
Health & Wellness Activity – $6,000 or Trade
On the final day of the conference, a plated lunch is served to all attendees as they sit at designated district dining tables and PIHRA conducts the annual meeting. This sponsorship includes sponsor logo displayed on signage and screens in function space, three (3) minutes to speak to attendees, and distribution of approved collateral or promotional item in function space.
Attendees will be inviting to participate in a morning health & wellness activity each day of the conference. We are looking for a sponsor to provide this activity. Benefits include sponsor promotion and opportunity to lead the activity each morning for attendees.

Young Professionals Event – $2,500 The YP event sponsor will have access to approximately 50 future leaders of the HR profession. This group of professionals help to bring a new perspective to the workplace. Sponsors can host a “mentor” table, distribute approved collateral and/or promotional items during the event. The sponsors logo will used to promote the event via social media and will also be prominently displayed on the signage at the event.
AM Refreshment Break – $3,000 (Wednesday) Volunteer Gifts – $2,000 Sponsor’s logo will be displayed on signage in the break area. Sponsor may distribute approved collateral or promotional item in the break area.
