War of the Roses Week 6 of this term we had our War of the Roses Philanthropy Event. During the entire philanthropy we started a new campaign called “Spread the Word, to End the Word” where we have people pledge to stop using the offensive word Retard. Some of the fun events we put on during the philanthropy were Pie a Pi Kapp, Hat Chase, and the Obstacle Course Race. The lovely ladies of Kappa Delta were our gracious winners this year and were very excited to have won. We also raised about 2000 dollars this year for donation money.

This fall term Pi Kappa Phi Alpha Zeta Chapter has recruited and initiated 17 men. Through their pledge term their class is put up some Pi Kappa Phi related artwork on the walls of the house. All these young men are excited and eager to contribute to the house.

Start to a New Beginning This term Alpha Zeta has won Chi Omega’s philanthropy Color Me Chi O. This philanthropy was a 5k color run. After a week of check-ins and preparation for the 5k, our hard work paid off and landed us with a brand new trophy!
