Chapter Aids Regional Governor
 The
Epsilon
Phi
Chapter’s
Regional
 Governor,

Mr.
Steve
Smith,
contacted
the
 chapter
about
a
special
project
he
needed
 done
at
Camp
Sumatanga.
In
response,
the
 chapter
was
able
to
send
90%
of
the
active
 brothers
to
help
accomplish
anything
and
 everything
that
was
asked
of
them.
Brothers
 completed
such
tasks
as
building
a
retaining
 wall
that
the
camp
so
desperately
needed.
 Mr.
Smith
was
extremely
impressed
by
the
 willingness,
diligence,
and
hard
work
of
our
 chapter.
Both
Mr.
Smith
and
CEO
Mark
E.
 Timmes
thanked
the
chapter
with
personal
 e‐mails
and
the
event
helped
to
solidify
the
 chapter’s
growing
reputation
as
one
of
the
 best
chapters
in
the
country.

Two Brothers to Participate in Summer Push Events

Two
more
brothers
of
Epsilon
Phi
have
committed
themselves
to
biking
in
two
 separate
summer
PUSH
events
in
2010.
The
chapter
has
long
had
a
reputation
for
being
 active
in
summer
events,
and
this
year
will
be
no
different.
Brett
Hall
will
be
riding
in
Gear
 Up
Florida,
while
Michael
Hang
will
be
participating
in
the
Journey
of
Hope.
Both
Brett
and
 Michael
began
training
shortly
after
the
mid‐year
leadership
conference
and
our
well
on
 their
way
to
completing
the
required
fundraising.

Please
pray
for
these
two
brothers
during
 their
quest
to
complete
these
summer
events!

Chapter Has Strong Presence at Recent PUSH Camps

Recently,
the
Epsilon
Phi
chapter
or
Pi
Kappa
Phi
has
been
very
active
on
the
PUSH
scene,
 participating
heavily
in
back
to
back
PUSH
camps
in
Atlanta,
Georgia,
and
Jackson’s
Gap,
 Alabama.
In
2009,
the
chapter
sent
Brett
Hall,
Leo
Arnold,
and
Benjamin
Brown
to
camp
in
 Georgia.
There,
they
were
able
to
involve
themselves
in
several
different
projects.
During
Spring
 Break
of
the
current
year,
the
chapter
was
able
to
send
Hieu
Duong,
John
Williams,
Mark
 Mitchell,
Marc
Federico,
Blake
Greene,
Graham
Holladay,
Jack
Wilson,
and
Bobby
Sistani
to
Camp
 ASCCA
in
Jackson’s
Gap.
The
brothers
had
the
largest
chapter
representation
by
far
and
were
 able
to
participate
in
brother
building
activities
in
addition
to
community
service
projects.
They,
 along
with
the
other
chapters,
were
able
to
build
a
floating
deck,
two
roofs,
rebuilt
a
horse
ramp,
 pressure
washed
and
cleaned
a
majority
of
the
camp,
and
helped
fix
many
of
the
maintenance
 problems
the
camp
had
developed
over
the
years.
Marc
Federico
was
even
featured
on
the
front
 page
of
the
Camp’s
annual
newsletter.
Camp
ASCCA
has
always
had
strong
ties
to
Pi
Kappa
Phi,
 and
the
brothers
of
our
chapter
did
a
great
job
of
strengthening
that
tradition.

Former
Vice
Archon
Quinn
Dunlap
was
able
 to
put
together
one
of
the
most
successful
rush
 programs
in
our
chapter’s
history
and
managed
to
 far
surpass
the
goals
our
chapter
had
set
before
rush
 began
in
the
fall
of
2009.
27
bids
were
given
out,
and
 when
all
was
said
and
done,
Quinn
and
the
rest
of
the
 chapter
put
together
an
associate
member
class
of
an
 astounding
22
members.
That
established
our
 chapter
as
the
largest
Greek
organization
on
campus
 and
also
the
organization
with
the
largest
associate
 member
class.
Through
the
hard
work
and
efforts
of
 Warden
Bryan
Wimbish,
21
of
those
men
became
 official
brothers
of
Pi
Kappa
Phi
on
December
18,
 2009.
That
date
culminated
in
the
initiation
of
the
 largest
associate
member
class
in
Epsilon
Phi
 history.
Newly
elected
Vice
Archon
Brett
Hall
 continued
the
good
work
by
recruiting
six
new
 members
for
the
spring
semester.
Those
men
are
 expected
to
be
initiated
at
the
conclusion
of
the
 semester.
