2010 Graduation! Wingateâ€&#x;s 2010 May graduation was May 9th in front of the Ethel K Smith Library. Eta Mu was lucky to have 3 members graduating in this past senior class. They are Spencer Percy, Trevor Brandt, and Jeff Coulter. Spencer was initiated into the Omega pledge class as the 193rd initiate of Eta Mu. While at Wingate he studied Sports Management and was on the golf team. As a collegiate athlete, Spencer had his best season in 2007-2008 where he competed in 6 tournaments averaging 76.3 shots per round. After graduating Spencer is heading back to his high school in Virginia to be a private golf instructor. Trevor Brandt is the 192nd initiate of the chapter at Wingate. While an undergrad Trevor studied pre-law and was involved in many groups on campus. Just recently he and his girlfriend joined a select few in participating in the lavaliering process. Furthermore, after graduation Trevor will be heading down to Florida to attend law school. Jeff Coulter of Denver, CO is the 191 st initiate of Eta Mu. As of May 9 th he received his degree in athletic training and will be a certified AT. After graduating he is scheduled to head down to the Citadel where he will be practicing his degree on some of the top military men in the country. As a chapter we would like to thank these three men for their continual support for Pi Kappa Phi and we wish them all the best of luck in their future endeavors!

HM #187 is “excited to embark in a rigorous training regiment for this 26.2 mile run. This run will be especially significant because of the non-profit I am fundraising for. As many of the Alumni know, Push America strives to „build leaders of tomorrow by serving people with disabilities today.‟” At the beginning of his fundraising, Alec had pledged to raise $1,500. Currently he has raised $500 from family, friends, and Eta Mu brothers. With your help he would love to reach this goal and be able to represent Eta Mu and a national Push America event! It‟s easy to donate, one way would be to log into https://secure.pushamerica.org/aleclafontaine. You can also contact Alec directly at alafontaine@pikapp.org. “I will be ecstatic with any amount that you decide to give, from $5 to $100.
