Pi Kappa Phi Brothers,
My name is Jackson Zrubek, and I am excited to introduce myself as the new Iota Psi Chapter advisor. I'm beyond fired up and humbled to be part of relaunching Pi Kappa Phi at Boise State.
I'm 26 years old and have recently relocated to Meridian, Idaho. I work for JOCKO FUEL, a sports nutrition company under Jocko Willink, where I serve as the west coast territory manager. My passion for fitness drives me. I lift weights every morning at 5 a.m. and train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the evenings.
On a personal note, my favorite moments are spent with my wife and our newborn son, Shepard. Family means everything to me and I'm excited to bring that sense of community and support to our chapter. I joined Pi Kapp at BSU in 2016 and had such an incredible experience with the brotherhood. Because of that experience, I decided to pursue this opportunity to help play a small role in accelerating the chapter’s progress.
I'm looking forward to getting to know each of you and working together to make this chapter a welcoming and dynamic space for everyone. Let's make this year one for the books!

Best, Jackson Zrubek

EXPANSION UPDATE
This fall, the Iota Psi Chapter returned to Boise State University. To date, 32 men have signed bids to join our Fraternity! Iota Psi’s leadership is in place with a newly elected Executive Council and the appointment of Jackson Zrubek as chapter advisor.
In January, members of the executive council will be traveling to Dallas, Texas, to participate in Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers and Zrubek will head to Birmingham, Alabama, for the Chapter Advisor Symposium. At these conferences, they will have the chance to engage with fellow leaders from across the country while gaining valuable insights into effective chapter management and operations.
The chapter is working toward rechartering. This significant milestone is anticipated for the spring 2025 semester. We look forward to sharing more details soon and appreciate your ongoing support.

"It’s been a pleasure to help continue the legacy of Iota Psi and I want to thank you for supporting these e orts. This group of gentlemen has some of the most potential I have seen out of a re-founding class. They show their excitement for the Fraternity and The Ability Experience at every event. This will no doubt be a huge part of the chapter’s identity as well as a much-needed addition to the campus culture. Their sense of community and brotherhood is as strong as a chapter that has been around for years, and I sense that it will only continue to grow stronger."
