Gamma Beta Executive Board organizing a plan for their upcoming chartering at MidYear Leadership Conference.
Upcoming Chartering The Gamma Beta chapter will be re-chartering this semester! On March 1st, the hard work by our associate members will be rewarded by initiation as active members of Pi Kappa Phi. After attending this year’s Mid-Year Leadership conference, our executive board has organized a plan for success to lead the chapter towards chartering. Each officer gained useful knowledge that has notably enhanced chapter morale and confidence. We have achieved the grades necessary for chartering, and are actively working to reach our recruitment goal and our target amount of money raised toward PUSH America. We still have quite a ways to go so if you would like to donate, you can do so through the link below: http://support.pushamerica.org/site/TR?pg=team&fr_id= 1440&team_id=2094 Chapter Address

This year’s Mid-Year Leadership Conference was held in four locations; Baltimore, MD; Charlotte, NC; St. Louis, MO; Dallas, TX. Our executive board had the opportunity to go to Baltimore, MD to receive training for each executive position. Since we were colonized last spring, our associate chapter missed the chance to attend Mid-Year 2013. This set us back because our officers lacked the training necessary for a successful executive board. Nevertheless, Gamma Beta is now professionally trained and ready for chartering in March! “It takes a great man to join a chapter of Pi Kapp, but it takes a madman to start one from the ground up.” – Historian Tre Jones
