More pleasing is that there is a large percentage of enquiries coming from families either already in town or moving to town and looking to live in their own homes.

If the house is priced correctly, presents well and is handled by sales staff, who know their product and can give honest and accurate advice, then quite simply the house will sell or rent out.

The follow on effect to the town as a whole with this type of buying activity will see Karratha morph into a stronger community with additional neighbourhood values.
