Avoid aerating your fuel by using a Fuel Cuff with your return line. Aeration caused by the return line putting physical bubbles in the fuel can cause pressure drops in EFI systems. It is important to locate the in-tank return line as far as possible from the fuel pickup line. By doing that and installing the Fuel Cuff you will avoid drawing aerated return fuel into your inlet line fuel pickup which can cause erratic operation.
