This year, Pindan’s 40th milestone sparked a significant corporate restructure, quite literally ‘making the switch’. This restructure brought with it a new identity for Switch Homes, officially rebranding as Pindan Homes on September 4 to align with the rest of the Pindan Group’s activities. Pindan Homes General Manager, Simon Greenlaw, said an emphasis on unique structural design, clever building methods, quality finishes and fittings and the use of new attractive materials would see Pindan Homes continue to make its mark on the new homes industry in Western Australia. “We aim to continue to grow the home building division of Pindan in the same manner it has grown over the last 40 years,” he said. “For those looking for a truly unique custom home experience, Pindan Homes specialises in luxury bespoke home builds with a wealth of experience designing dwellings to suit difficult or narrow blocks.”
