Pindan has performed strongly throughout its history and with an annual turnover of AUD$500m has seen significant growth in its asset base with Pindan’s brand well recognized and trusted as a symbol of quality and reliability.

In operation since 1977, and still directed today by our founding partners, Pindan has withstood the test of time to emerge as a market leader. A top performer from inception, our focus on conservative growth and diversification translates into stability and security for all who rely on us.

Pindan offers a comprehensive range of services including funds management, development, design and construction, development management, asset management, project marketing and sales across multiple property sectors. In order to best serve our clients, our operations span Australiawide from our head office in Perth to our 7 regional offices throughout Western Australia and state offices in Sydney and Brisbane. Pindan employ around 350 people, matching local knowledge and expertise to create greater opportunities that ensure successful outcomes.

We have structured numerous development investments and property funds to suit investors’ specific needs, and ring-fenced as standalone investments, ensuring their individual integrity.

As our Group’s AFS-licensed and ASICcompliant property funds management business, Pindan Capital brings property investors and equity investment with property development and core asset opportunities together under the careful guidance of our experienced senior management team and board. Pindan Capital has a national focus with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth and have partnered with international, institutional and private investors to raise over AUD$400M of investment funds. MANAGE Every aspect of property expertly managed in one place from start to finish Realty Pindan’s Realty business provides a complete suite of realty services from project marketing, residential and commercial real estate sales through to property and strata management services. All seamlessly integrated with each other and our development projects, and all complementing our integrated property company capabilities. Our integrated capabilities extend throughout the property cycle, from development management, realty sales and marketing, to residential property and strata management services, and ongoing asset and facilities management.

Our Pindan Realty team’s breadth of capability, combined with the depth of in-house expertise ensures that we add value, minimise costs and simplify the property and real estate experience at every stage of the property development, sales and management journey ensuring more successful investment outcomes.

Asset management

Our Development business provides development and project management expertise and services to every aspect of our property development projects including offering the service to external clients adding another dimension to our group’s suite of integrated, capital-to-completion solutions.

Rounding out Pindan’s one-stop-shop capabilities is the Asset Management business that provides facilities and maintenance management solutions across Australia. The service complements Pindan’s core construction business by bringing a ‘whole-of-life solution’ to the management of our clients’ assets.

With a proven step-by-step approach, we simplify and streamline the property development process from initial feasibilities, acquisition due diligence and securing finance, through to development planning, design and construction delivery including final issuing of strata titles and facilitating settlements.

Pindan Asset Management has a current AUD$170M five-year contract to maintain and service 6,000 regonal and remote houses throughout the Pilbara, and Mid-West/ Gascoyne for the West Australian Governments Department of Communities. The contract sees a dedicated team respond to a daily average of 100 work orders containing around 400 individual operations across a vast geographic area and be on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.





SHAREHOLDERS & EXECUTIVE Our success is due to THE stability, expertise and diverse knowledge of our leadership team Pindan commenced operations in 1977 as part of the Armstrong Jones group of companies. George Allingame and David Pringle, two of Pindan’s current shareholders, arranged a management buyout in 1981 and have owned and operated the company until 2016, when Oxley Holdings secured a 40% shareholding in the Group. Oxley Holdings is a Singapore listed international property company with a market capitalization of over SGD$2.0 Billion that boasts a diversified property development and investment portfolio.

Oxley operates in 12 countries, including Singapore, Ireland, the UK, Cambodia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Japan, China and through our partnership, Australia. Oxley Holdings key shareholding investment into the Pindan Group has created an industry powerhouse, combining decades of skill and expertise with the capital and proven record of successfully delivering major projects. The board of directors comprises of George Allingame and David Pringle the founding directors of Pindan and were joined by Ching Chiat and Eric Low of Oxley Holdings in 2016.

Corporate social responsibility Family values define our culture. Supporting local charities We have a long history of working with local charities, such as the Cancer Council, Parkerville Children and Youth Care, Cystic Fibrosis and the Association for the Blind. Since 2007, we’ve raised circa A$1 million through the construction and sale of charity homes and staff fundraising.

They’re why we care for our people and our partners, promoting a safe and inclusive family-friendly environment where everyone enjoys the support, training and flexible working arrangement they need. The same values mean our community, charity and environmental initiatives are part and parcel of life at Pindan.

Engaging with communities Our commitment to local communities can be seen in everything we do, from the way we consult with local people so we can design and build in harmony with the environment and community, through to proactively promoting Indigenous employment. We are particularly proud of our mentorship of fledgling Indigenous businesses into multiskilled enterprises, which is why many of our projects in remote areas far exceed the 20% Indigenous labour component required.

From the Red Cross’ corporate blood donation drive, through to donations for crisis relief and Christmas gifts for children in care, giving back is very much part of the fabric of our caring culture at Pindan.

Caring for the environment Just as we care for local people and communities, we also care for the environment. This commitment is perhaps most obvious in the way we integrate sustainable design features into our buildings to minimise their environmental impact. However, it’s a commitment that goes beyond our design team. Sustainable work practices are embedded in everything we do. Our sites are managed to ensure minimum impact on the local environment, and we adhere to all statutory and local government requirements, always.
