At PING, we continue to refine the engineering and design of our products to ensure they remain the standard-bearers for quality, innovation, performance, and comfort. Our design strategy is applied consistently across our carry and cart models, ensuring continuity in appearance, styling, and construction, making our family of bags familiar sights on golf courses around the world. This philosophy continually leads to improvements in the performance of our bag design and their ease of use. This year marks the return of the L8, which 25 years ago was the first carry bag to offer retractable legs. New for 2014, we’ve attached a patent-pending deployable rain hood inside the cushioned hip pad on the 4 Series, Hoofer, and Hoofer 14. The rain hood stays connected, protecting clubs when it’s raining and enhancing comfort when it’s not. Also new is a wider, 24-inch leg span for extra stability on all surfaces. Enhanced Ergonomics, or E2®, is a proprietary system we’ve applied to our carry bags, making them light, well-balanced, and easy to adjust for custom-fitting to individual body types and carrying styles.

Under E2, a dual-strap system allows the player to balance the bag for optimal comfort. The adjustable straps and dual-sliding shoulder pads feature a strap slider to carry the bag backpack-style or with a single strap. A leg retention strap keeps the legs snug to the bag body while walking. In cart bags, PING offers a range of robust options, from lightweight designs to fully accessorised models that maximise club organisation and storage. Front-facing designs make pockets easily accessible, and each is compatible with trolleys and golf carts. Every PING bag is made from high-grade materials and they undergo rigorous testing to meet our high quality and reliability benchmarks. Reinforced, anti-flex bag tops, and spacious dividers simplify club organisation. Quality touches include premium YKK zippers, fully bound seams, and the option to customise selected bag models.
