It is a thesis about stimulation and a design methodology to establish relationships that allow us to make decisions about the shape and scale in which children play. Geometric figures such as Buckminster’s cuboctahedron were studied, these figures and their transformations allowed us to establish a principle of abstract play and transmit the symbolic power of transforming the environment to children through play. The project was funded by the Vice-Rectory for Research and Advanced Studies of the PUCV after winning the Innovative Thesis 2014 competition.
