The day begins with a wonderful breakfast, fresh and house-made health food - much from our own farm, "Schörgerer". Milk, sausage, home-baked farmer's bread, cheese from our own farm dairy, juices, a large selection of cereals, teas, fresh fruit ... and enjoy a delicious coffee! The extraordinary evening menu - offers something special for everyone. Refined starters, colorful salads from the buffet, choose between the evening menu or a 4-course à la carte menu - preferably with the noble "Tröpferln" selected by Sommelièr Barbara. Finally, sweet delicacies and cheese for dessert. Every day there are culinary surprises: Tyrol Day, gourmet menu, pasta parade, ... On request, we offer special menus for allergy sufferers and guests with intolerances.
