Derek Russell Award For Outstanding Leadership In The North West

26th September 2013 Do you know an Outstanding Leader?

We want to hear about them now.

They must be 18+

•

They must be someone with a learning disability

•

They must live and be working in the North West of England

•

•

Your evidence must be about things the person has done in the North West The one thing they must be is extraordinary It's free and easy to nominate them. Simply send a 5 minute video clip for the a/en-on of the Awards Team at NWTDT/ Pathways Associates which explains why the person is being nominated, who is nomina-ng them and includes 5 ‘references’ from local self-advocates and one lead officer from health or social care (if you choose).

2014

Derek Russell Award For Outstanding Leadership In The North West Nomina-ons must be received by 1pm on Thursday 26th September 2013 to be considered for Outstanding Leadership Award 2014. All nomina-ons received a@er that date will not be considered for the Outstanding Leadership Award 2014 but may be resubmi/ed for the award in 2015.

The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Our panel will consider every nomina-on. Then, from a shortlist of finalists, the regional forum at the Conference in February will select the winner. All finalists video clips will be shown at the Regional Forum Conference 2014.
