GLOBAL SENSATION, ONE DIRECTION TO PLAY JULY CONCERT AT CONSOL By: Pam Thompson Global sensation, One Direction brings its World Tour to CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh on July 8, and based on the English-Irish boy band’s success to date, a sell-out is expected. Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson are One Direction, and they are so popular that they even have their own dolls that sing. One Direction’s second tour, sometimes called “the new British Invasion,” takes over the Western Hemisphere with concerts this summer in Mexico, the United States and Canada, following the highly successful spring leg of the tour throughout Europe. If you are not up on One Direction, ask a female between the ages of 6 and 18, their parents, or Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron. He appeared in the band’s music video which benefited the charity, Comic Relief. One Direction, known as “1D” to “Directioners,” their fans, are pulling in throngs of highly vocal and frequently swooning, girl teens, tweens and little beans wherever the band appears. Ava Grace, 7, of Pittsburgh, a huge Directioner says, “They are cute and funny and their music makes me want to jump up and down and dance.” Continued on page 4

Her favorite song is “I Want,” and of Louis Tomlinson, her favorite 1D member, she says, “He sings so many good songs and he makes me laugh because he likes to be crazy.” Her message to her favorite performers — “I wish I could go to all of your shows and I love you. Will you marry me?” “Yes, we are going to One Direction. She is so excited,” says Ava Grace’s mom, Candace. “I’m sure it will be among our best memories of mom and daughter time since it’s such a big show for her. I’m a little worried about the volume — the screaming girls not the music — but we will be prepared and I am actually looking forward to hearing all of their songs. We haven’t yet gotten tired of hearing a single one.” Emma, 11, of Harrison City, Pa., wants to go to 1D’s Pittsburgh concert. She says, “I like 1D’s songs and they sing really good, that is why I’m one of their fans.” According to Emma, “…They all are really good guys and cheerful…their songs help some of my friends when they’re down...I would like to meet them and get their autographs.” Of Niall Horan, Emma’s favorite member of 1D, she says, “He’s cute and a good singer.” Jamie, 14 of Irwin, Pa., says, “I don’t have a favorite member. I think they all bring something special to the group. I would like I don’t have a favorite wish them luck on their member. I think they all to tour and hope they enjoy bring something special Pittsburgh.” “I like their music and to the group. I would the songs are written for like to wish them luck teens. My favorite song is on their tour and hope ‘Little Things’ written by Ed they enjoy Pittsburgh. Sheeran,” Jamie says. – Jamie, 14 of Irwin, PA |4|

If I had a chance to meet them, I would tell them that they have inspired me to not give up, and to follow my dreams.

Directioners Gabrielle and Jordan, 15-year old twin sisters from Greensburg, lament that they do not have concert tickets. Gabrielle still hopes that some tickets will become available. Her favorite 1D song is “Irresistible.” “Harry Styles is my personal favorite in 1D,” Gabrielle says adding, “…his voice is amazing and so – Jordan, 15 of Greensburg, PA different from the others in the band. Even though I do not know him personally, I think he has a great personality, stunning smile, attractive eyes, and I personally think Harry is one of the funniest and sweetest guys in the band.” “Kiss You” is the favorite 1D song of Jordan, who says, “I like how One Direction is different from other bands. We all hear how other bands give to charity and help out people, but we never see it. Unlike One Direction who went to Ghana and made a music video to raise money for Red Nose Day that benefited children who were in the hospital.” Niall Horan also is her favorite band member. She says, “…I think that he’s the sweetest out of all of the members, and has a great personality. Also, I’m part Irish, and Niall is from Ireland.” Jordan adds, “If I had a chance to meet them, I would tell them that they have inspired me to not give up, and to follow my dreams.” The band members are known to millions and millions of fans around the world, but in 2010, they didn’t even know each other. Each had auditioned individually for the U.K.’s top show, “The X Factor.” Separately, none of them made the cut. With help from “The X Factor,” they joined together to become One Direction and were third-place finalists on that season’s show. 2012 was a stunning year for 1D: o The group won three MTV Video Music Awards, including Best New Artist, and three Teen Choice Awards. o The group’s first two albums, “Up All Night” and “Take Me Home” made their debuts at No. 1 in the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, a first for a British group. o “Up All Night” reached No. 1 in 17 countries.

o “Take Me Home” entered the charts at No. 1 in more than 32 countries from Asia and Australia to Europe, the Middle East, and North and South America. o “Take Me Home” also shattered the U.S. iTunes pre-order record with more than 130,000 albums sold in advance of the release, and its No. 1 single, “Live While We’re Young” sold more than 341,000 copies in its first week to become Billboard’s biggest opening week sales for a single by a non-U.S. artist. o 1D’s Madison Square Garden concert last December sold out in less than 10 minutes, much like the entire May-June 2012 tour which also sold out in minutes. o Their debut single “What Makes You Beautiful” was certified platinum in the U.S. for sales in excess of 1,000,000 units. o 1D’s DVD, “Up All Night: The Live Tour” reached No. 1 in 27 countries. With more than 10 million Twitter followers and nearly 14 million Facebook likes, 1D thrives on social media, including GetGlue, Pinterest, Soundcloud, and YouTube. 1D’s video “What Makes You Beautiful” has logged more than 100 million VEVO views. Just key “1D” into a search bar and the band’s web site is likely to be the first result. On the 1D site, fans can submit: o voice messages on 1D’s Little Things Hotline o their own songs via Spotify o pages for the “Take Me Home Scrapbook” o 90-second YouTube videos telling why they should be in the 1D3D Movie coming out this year, and o photos of themselves for the 1D3D Movie mosaic poster. “Our fans are simply the best in the world,” says 1D’s Niall Horan. “The support they have shown us has been incredible and we’re all so grateful to each and every one of them. We can’t wait to see everyone this summer at Madison Square Garden and of course when we play our world tour in 2013.”

GRAMMY WINNERS, THE BLACK KEYS, SET FIRST PITTSBURGH ARENA SHOW By: Pam Thompson The Black Keys Tour, with support act The Flaming Lips, makes a stop in Pittsburgh at CONSOL Energy Center this spring. It will be the first time that The Black Keys plays a major Pittsburgh arena. Rock band duo, The Black Keys, originating from Akron, Ohio, and The Flaming Lips, hailing from Oklahoma City, Okla., are working on new albums to be released this year. The Flaming Lips album, “The Terror,” is due this spring in the U.S. and Europe. Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, The Black Keys, nearly swept the rock field with three Grammy Awards earlier this year: o Best Rock Performance for “Lonely Boy” o Best Rock Song, “Lonely Boy,” and o Best Rock Album for “El Camino.” In addition, Auerbach won the Grammy for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical, tallying four Grammys and more awards than any other honoree. The musicians are working on their new album this year with Brian Burton — a.k.a. Danger Mouse. Their collaboration began in 2007 when Burton produced their album, “Attack & Release.” Most recently, Burton partnered with Carney and Auerbach on the hit, “El Camino.” The Black Keys formed in 2001 as an independent group after Carney, the drummer, and Auerbach, the singer and guitarist, dropped out of college. In 2002, they released their first album, “The Big Come Up,” which was recorded in Carney’s basement. The duo traveled by mini-van to play small clubs, released albums regularly, and built a following. Their first commercial success came in 2010 with the album “Brothers” and its single “Tighten Up” which together won three Grammys: o Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal for “Tighten Up” o Best Alternative Music Album for “Brothers,” and

o Best Recording Package for “Brothers” which was designed by Carney’s brother, Michael. In addition, “Tighten Up” was nominated for Best Rock Song. “Brothers” also included the hit singles, “Howlin’ for You,” and “Next Girl.” Nominated for Billboard’s Top Alternative Album, it has been certified Gold in the U.S. and U.K., and Platinum in Canada. Worldwide sales are over one million. It topped many end-of-year rankings including iTunes, NPR and Rolling Stone. “Howlin’ for You” was nominated for Best Rock Video in the MTV Music Awards and Best Indie/Rock Video – International in the UK Music Video Awards. In 2012, The Black Keys’ “Dearest” received a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, and The Black Keys were nominated for Favorite Alternative Artist in the American Music Awards. “El Camino” peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, and led to The Black Keys first arena concert tour in 2012. Making appearances in Europe and North America, they sold out their first-ever show at Madison Square Garden in 15 minutes, scheduled a second show and it also sold out. In addition, their music has been used on TV, and in movies and commercials. Their sounds have been put to work for Hewlett Packard, Zale’s, Victoria’s Secret, Tommy Hilfiger, Cadillac and Subaru, as well as others. Carney and Auerbach grew up in Akron, Ohio, and in their acceptance speeches at the Grammys, they didn’t forget their roots. Their thank-yous included their hometown, where their families live and where they are installed on the Alumni Hall of Fame at Harvey S. Firestone Continued on page 31

High School. They met in high school and began playing music together in Carney’s basement. They thanked Michael, Carney’s brother who was with them in the days when they traveled around the country performing in small clubs. They thanked their partner, Burton, their crew, their band and Nashville, where they moved late in 2010. They especially thanked their fans at the Grammy podium, on their web site, on Facebook, and during interviews. The duo comes across as just a couple of high school buddies who are still driving themselves to small town venues to sing for anyone who will listen. Lots of people are listening now. The Black Keys top 10 songs on iTunes are: 1. Lonely Boy (El Camino) 2. Gold on the Ceiling (El Camino) 3. Little Black Submarines (El Camino) 4. Howlin’ for You (Brothers Deluxe Version) 5. Tighten Up (Brothers Deluxe Version) 6. I Got Mine (Attack & Release) 7. Everlasting Light (Brothers Deluxe Version) 8. Next Girl (Brothers Deluxe Version) 9. Your Touch (Magic Potion) 10. Dead and Gone (El Camino) Still Carney and Auerbach try to keep their feet planted. They say that their families are involved in their lives and wouldn’t let them become full of themselves. When they were nominated for Grammys in 2011, they wore tuxedoes to the ceremony and later in an interview they talked about how uncomfortable they were with their attire. This year, they appeared more comfortable in basic black — including black leather jackets — not matching. Their most notable accessories were Dan’s beard and Pat’s thick, black, Clark Kent-style glasses. Speaking of their accessories, there is some evidence in their online merch to indicate that Auerbach and Carney do not take themselves too seriously. One item is “The Black Keys Dress Up Kit.” The description says: “This dress up kit includes one pair of glasses kinda like Pat’s and one false beard vaguely suggestive of Dan’s real one.” Five people recommended the item, and for people who like it, the El Camino Sticker Set” is suggested. That’s three, 3-inch-by-11-1/2-inch bumper stickers: o The Black Keys Are My Co-Pilot o I Break For The Black Keys, and o When This El Camino‘s A Rockin’ Don’t Come A Knockin’. | 31 |

NKOTB BRING TOGETHER BOYZ II MEN, 98 DEGREES FOR ‘THE PACKAGE TOUR’ By: Pam Thompson The Package Tour, a three-in-one concert, featuring New Kids on the Block with Boyz II Men and 98 Degrees comes to CONSOL Energy Center this spring. NKOTB vocalist Jordan Knight talks about what the show includes, how it comes together, and what it is like to perform in Pittsburgh. Knight, along with his brother Jonathan Knight, Danny Wood, Donnie Wahlberg and Joey McIntyre, NKOTB, headline The Package Tour with Nathan Morris, Wanya Morris and Shawn Stockman, Boyz II Men, and brothers Nick and Drew Lachey, Justin Jeffre, and Jeff Timmons, 98 Degrees, as special guests. Jordan Knight, a lead singer for NKOTB, laughs a bit when asked about his role behind the scenes, saying, “I’m definitely one of the leaders, but I’m also the strong silent type.” Even when talking to Knight by phone, it is apparent that he is immersed and absorbed in the process of bringing The Package Tour to fans. “We like to create new moments and make people feel that they are going back to a time when they were carefree, and we like that feeling as well. It will be two to three hours of letting your hair down and having a good time,” Knight says. Of the “package,” Knight says, “We’re spanning a decade of music. I think that’s pretty cool.” He notes that the multi-platinum-selling New Kids on the Block became popular in the late ‘80s, followed by the success of Boyz II Men in the early ‘90s, and 98 Degrees in the late ‘90s. “98 Degrees hasn’t performed together in more than 10 years. It’s their reunion tour,” Knight points out. New albums from NKOTB, “10” in April, and 98 Degrees, “2.0” in May, precede the tour. Continued on page 36

Talking about “10,” which includes the single, “Remix (I Like The),” Knight says, “The music fits well into a concert setting. It’s big pop music. I call it ‘arena pop’ music.” “They will be able to feel our hearts in it.” he adds. Fans love “classics, new music and new choreography” and they can expect it all from The Package Tour, Knight says. Naming a string of NKOTB classics, including “Step by Step,” “I’ll Be Loving You (Forever),” and “Hangin’ Tough,” Knight says, “Besides the classic hits, they’ll get the new songs, too.” With a new stage positioned in the middle of the arena, Knight says, “Everyone will have a good seat and a good view.” “We like to put a lot of thought into our show. That it’s paced well, lighting, song order, moments between the songs. We almost have the mind set of Broadway play producers. Everything matters. It’s an art form for us. I would say the fans are going to see a really well thought out show,” Knight says. Asked if he has any memories of performing in Pittsburgh, Knight doesn’t hesitate: “It’s always a frenzy there. It’s one of those good American towns, and we always do well in Pittsburgh. It’s like the center of America — a good strong American town. I think we connect well to those cities.” Knight likes the way that the city seems to pop up when they drive into the Downtown through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. NKOTBSB tour. It was sold out and Knight recalls something else about that night. His hometown Boston Bruins were taking their first Stanley Cup Championship in 39 years on June 15, 2011. “We were watching it (the final game) on a television under the stage while the Backstreet Boys were on stage,” Knight says. Of The Package Tour, Knight says, “We like to give people an emotional roller coaster ride…Lots of change of pace.” “I like the parts where we get the crowd involved. The lights come on and we can see everyone’s faces and we connect. Night after night, it’s the best feeling in the world,” Knight says. When the tour was announced on “The View” in January, the audience went wild when NKOTB, 98 Degrees and Boyz II Men joined together to perform a cappella. Knight says, “We’ll be performing individually. I’m sure we’ll be doing some things in collaboration, as well.” “We’ve already talked about doing some things together. It’s not written in stone yet, but there’s a very good chance we’ll be doing some things together,” says Knight, adding that traveling together brings the members of the three groups closer together.

“SUPPORT OUR HEROES;” RAISES MORE THAN $100,000 By: Pam Thompson Support Our Heroes, a Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation initiative, this season brought together fans, players and businesses to recognize and rally support for military veterans and personnel who have given so much for their country. The team partnered with ATI, Dunkin’ Donuts and First Niagara to raise $102,301.42 for Support Our Heroes. Proceeds of the initiative benefit Mario Lemieux Foundation’s Austin’s Military Playroom Project, Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation’s Mighty Penguins Veterans Sled Hockey Program, and Operation Troop Appreciation. Monica Orluk, President and Chief Operating Officer of Operation of Troop Appreciation, says Operation Troop Appreciation: o is a 100% volunteer nonprofit T:8.5”

B:8.75”

S:8.5”

o began in Pittsburgh in 2004 o fulfills specific requests from deployed troops o will serve 17,000 to 20,000 deployed troops this year o needs $250,000 in 2013 to meet forecasted need, and o uses 98 cents of every dollar contributed for shipments to servicemen and women.

“We get paid in pictures, smiles, cards and letters,” Orluk says. The Support Our Heroes campaign comes at just the right time for Operation Troop Appreciation, Orluk says. In the lull following holiday giving, it raises a significant amount of money to fulfill troops’ requests into the fall. Military heroes were the focus of activities and a fundraising kickoff on Feb. 24 when the Penguins observed Support Our Heroes Military Appreciation Night at CONSOL Energy Center. A group of veterans, hosted at the Penguins skate that morning, received an unexpected surprise when the team gathered near the glass directly in front of them and raised their sticks in salute. Each veteran received a personalized Penguins jersey from head coach Dan Bylsma and team members Orluk says, “It was just one ear-to-ear smile after another.” “I’m honored that they came. We owe a lot to those guys,” says Pens defenseman Matt Niskanen. “Hockey players show a lot of commitment and sacrifice, but it’s all pretty insignificant compared to what they’ve sacrificed Continued on page 46

and what they’re committed to. So, I can’t thank those guys enough.” For Support Our Heroes Military Appreciation Night, Operation Troop Appreciation also benefitted from the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation’s Charity ASSIST. Retired U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jim Nickelson, who also attended the morning skate, volunteered for the Charity ASSIST. With Nickelson using his Army skills to rally volunteers and ticket buyers, Orluk says that Operation Troop Appreciation set a fundraising record for the event, making $15,860. Nickelson says, “I’m grateful for everything Operation Troop Appreciation has done for me and everything that the Pens are doing for people in the service.” Of Operation Troop Appreciation’s impact on troops, Nickelson says, “Things from home and people you look up to, it cheers you on and makes you go that extra mile. A Steel Valley native, Nickelson served 14 years. Wounded in combat, he uses a prosthetic on his lower left leg. To benefit Support Our Heroes, the Penguins wore special camouflage jerseys during the pre-game warm-up which were autographed and auctioned online. ATI’s Military Veterans Zamboni Ride and First Niagara’s Hometown Heroes are two ways of recognizing military personnel and vets at each Penguins home game. For Support Our Heroes Military Appreciation Night, cut-out Zamboni banks were distributed to fans by the Penguins, as well as at First Niagara and Dunkin’ Donuts locations. Fans were asked to return filled banks to First Niagara branches or CONSOL Energy Center. Continued on page 48

ATI and First Niagara pledged to match donations up to $25,000. Rich Harshman, ATI’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, says, “…We have great admiration for our region’s veterans. Without the sacrifices these men and women have made to our country, we would not be able to make the products we do today. Salute Our Heroes is just one small way we have of saying thank you in what we hope is a meaningful manner. And we could not be happier to partner with the Pittsburgh Penguins, First Niagara Bank and with Dunkin’ Donuts to support Operation Troop Appreciation and the Mario Lemieux Foundation in their efforts to help make a difference for those who have and are serving our country.” Nancy Angus, Executive Director of the Mario Lemieux Foundation, says Heather Hillier, wife of former Penguin Randy Hillier, asked the Foundation to consider a military playroom. “We jumped at this possibility,” Angus says, adding. “What better way to expand our Playroom Project than to military families. The men and women of the U.S. military make up our largest family. They defend our freedoms and put their lives in harm’s way, all while leaving their families at home.” The first Austin’s Military Playroom opened at Walter Reed in 2011, and another playroom at the new Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton, Calif., will open at the end of this year.

“MISSION: NAVY REENLISTMENT” HOSTED ON PENGUINS ICE By: Pam Thompson The contingent of U.S. Naval personnel in “digi blue” camo uniforms, makes its way purposefully through the less traveled service corridors of CONSOL Energy Center. Passing through double doors, they come to a gate to the Pittsburgh Penguins ice rink. “Thank you for your service. Thank you for your service,” two members of the arena staff repeat to the service men and women as they congregate. Then they roll a runner with a Penguins logo onto the ice. The mission? It’s a reenlistment ceremony for Petty Officer Stephanie B. Dora, a native of Turtle Creek, Pa., and an enthusiastic Penguins fan. Passionate for Penguins hockey, her broad smile seems to reflect off the ice when she talks about the honor of reenlisting on the rink at CONSOL Energy Center. She explains, “When those serving in the Navy reenlist, they may choose the location for their ceremony.” Dora, an Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class, serves as a recruiter in the Navy’s Pittsburgh Recruiting District. Her sisters-in-law, nieces, father-in-law Gary Dora, and parents Bob and Danielle Weakland with Dora’s 4-year-old daughter, Bailey, attend the ceremony. One notable absence is Dora’s husband, Chief Gary Dora, an Information Systems Technician for Submarines. Also a huge Penguins fan and also serving in the Navy, he misses his wife’s ceremony by hours due to his deployment on the USS New Mexico. During the ceremony, Dora receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, which cites her for outstanding recruiting results, professionalism, “superb salesmanship and expert recruiting techniques” which contributed to the success of her team. Petty Officer Dora also was among service personnel and veterans treated to Zamboni rides during Penguins home games this season. “It was a blast,” she says.

Announcing the most ambitious promotional schedule in team history, Matt Shaner, Pittsburgh Power co-owner, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager says, “We’ve refocused our marketing efforts completely to enhance the in-game experience.” Power co-owner and National Football League Hall of Famer Lynn Swann says, “We are thrilled to be able to offer these incredible values to our fans this season.” Power home games already are known for in-your-face, high-scoring action on the field, paired with light shows, fireworks, plenty of opportunities for autographs, and the Sparks Dance Team, which was named the AFL’s Dance Team of the Year in 2012. COMMUNITY ALL-STARS’ GOOD WORK CELEBRATED BY CONSOL, PENGUINS By: Pam Thompson If you had mobile phone reception the last time you drove through rural Marshall County, in the northern panhandle of West Virginia, thank the CONSOL Energy Community All-Stars who worked on the project to bring a cell tower to that region. For a second hockey season, CONSOL Energy Inc. and the Pittsburgh Penguins partnered to celebrate people and organizations that make their communities better places to live, work and play. “Community All-Stars was created to provide well-deserved recognition to those individuals who give back in big ways to their communities. These are everyday people who by their good acts are making their hometowns and this region a better place to live and work,” says Laural Ziemba, CONSOL Energy’s Director of Community Relations. Community All-Stars represent organizations that have partnered with CONSOL Energy to bring improvements to their communities that benefit public safety, conservation activities, scouting or education, youth-related or veteran-related programs, or arts and culture. In addition to recognizing Community All-Star organizations, CONSOL Energy also is taking steps to recognize individuals who are making a difference in their communities. Anyone may nominate a future Community All-Star by visiting the CONSOL Energy website at — http://consolenergy.com/about-us/corporateresponsibility/consol-in-the-community/community-all-stars/nominate.aspx. The Penguins and CONSOL host representatives of Community All-Star organizations at a recognition luncheon in Suite 66 and an awards presentation in the Penguins locker room. Photos and video shot during the presentations are featured during Penguins home games. One organization is honored at each game. The special guests are invited to look around and take their own pictures, too. Call it tradition, superstition or plain respect; awardees take care not to step on the Penguins logo embedded in the middle of the locker room floor. When Stacy McNally, head volleyball coach at John Marshall High School in Glen Dale, W. Va., walks into the locker room, she says, “Wow! This is amazing!” The coach says that her school got three new full net systems with Continued on page 62

funding from CONSOL Energy. The new equipment benefits participants in a youth program and summer camp, as well as the high school volleyball team. The old equipment used by the team presented a safety concern, and being a public school, the team’s minimal budget would not have covered even one full net system which costs several thousand dollars, she adds. Investment in the educational futures of the community’s youth is a priority for the Community Foundation of Westmoreland County. Accepting the foundation’s All-Star award, Susan Acito, its program officer, says that CFWC, with financial support from CONSOL Energy, makes an education improvement program available to five schools across its service area. The program teaches conservation, environment and sustainability in an outdoor setting. Bob Brookover, chief of the Blacksville Volunteer Fire Department in West Virginia and Debbie, his wife, enjoy snapping photos in the locker room and sending them to their daughter and son-in-law. “They are fa-na-tics,” Bob says with emphasis on each syllable. The fire chief says that Blacksville’s volunteer fire department works well with CONSOL Energy, and some of the firemen are employees of the company. The firemen helped with traffic and parking at CONSOL’s first “Fish for Fun Day,” and CONSOL donated funds for new acoustic tile in the firemen’s social hall. Similarly, Thomas Moore, director of the Clay-Battelle Middle High School Band, says that CONSOL Energy invited the band to run concessions for “Fish for Fun Day” with those proceeds benefiting the band. In addition, CONSOL picked up the expense for new uniforms for the 55-member band. Karen Calvert of Waynesburg Prosperous & Beautiful says that CONSOL partners with her community to sponsor the annual holiday open house which welcomes the public to a warm, old-time celebration. In the case of the new cell tower, officials from West Virginia’s Marshall County say that the Marshall County Commission, its Office of Emergency Management and CONSOL Energy came together to work with Verizon to get a cell tower installed in Cameron. Betsy Wilson Frohnapfel, Marshall County Administrator, and Thomas D. Hart, Director of Marshall County Office of Emergency Management accepted All-Star honors for their community at the awards presentation.
