GEOSPATIAL VISUALIZATION OF SMART CAMPUS GIS – IIT BOMBAY Like every visualization, the IIT Bombay Visualization is composed of three features i.e. Point, Line, Polygon. Each feature having the different layers for e.g. Bus stops as Point, Road as Line, Built-up as Polygon & so on. I have made the particular styles related to corresponding layers. I have also maintained the OGC rules for proper color Combination and their symbolization. I have also maintained the Zoom Level which is very essential part for the visualization. When we maintain proper zoom levels, the users can access and view information of the map with great clarity and ease. It helps them in locating relevant and important geo spatial objects at that zoom level for example- At the highest zoom level we can show a country as object. However when a user zooms down, we can show data related to a state or a town, depending upon his choice and need.
