Protecting Buildings and Monuments in Valletta THE OLD MINT

Triq Żekka took its name from the Order’s Old Mint located at that street. The Mint has a rather severe façade typical of the period. Of rarity are the four flag stone supports located at the upper part of the façade of this building. However, the interior is an architectural gem having ribbed cross vaults, decorated arches and panelled pilasters. I t is also a building of great historic significance. Read More

The 18th Century Chapel dedicated to St Francis of Paola in Qormi was inaugurated last week after restoration works which cost over €68,000 were completed. DEVELOPMENT NOTIFICATION ORDER The Planning Authority notifies the public and all Periti that as of Monday 06th June 2016, the Authority will start accepting the submission of Development Notification Orders (DNOs) as guided by the new legal notice.
