Enforcement officers within the Planning Authority started to demolish a large concrete platform which was built without planning permission in a field, limits of Safi. The enforcement action will also include the demolition of an illegally built store room and two 6 course stone walls. Read More

Educational Visit FRENCH STUDENTS VISIT PLANNING AUTHORITY OFFICES Earlier this week, a group of students from Faculté Des Métiers de l'Essonne from central France visited the Planning Authority as part of an educational programme they are carrying out in Malta. Protecting buildings and monuments in Valletta THE ANGLICAN CATHEDRAL OF ST PAUL In 1836, the site opposite the Auberge d'Aragon was selected for the construction of the Anglican cathedral. Construction was entrusted to Richard Lankesheer, and the first stone was laid by Queen Adelaide on March 20, 1839. The church was built over the site of the former Auberge d'Allemagne. Read More
