Planning Application PROPOSED TOWN SQUARE PROJECT
The public meeting scheduled for Thursday 23rd June 2016 in which the Planning Board was to discuss and decide a planning application related to the Town Square Project in Sliema was postponed, after eNGO Flimkien ghal Ambjent Ahjar (FAA), presented a prohibitory injunction request to the Courts. Public Consultation PARTIAL LOCAL PLAN REVIEW OF THE NORTH HARBOURS LOCAL PLAN SITE AT TA’ STRONKA SWIEQI (MADLIENA)

NEW LIDO PROJECT ALONG GZIRA PROMENADE
The Planning Board approved planning permission for the construction of a lido along the promenade of Triq ix-Xatt in Gzira. The lido project, which will include the reclamation of land will also involve the development and construction of an outdoor swimming pool, a sundeck area, two restaurants, changing rooms and toilet facilities and a recreational play area for public use.
