CloudIsle Project THE UNIVERSITY OF MALTA AND THE PLANNING AUTHORITY LAUNCH 3D MAPS A series of baseline 3D maps were launched today in a joint event, held between the University of Malta and the Planning Authority, that delivered to the public the results of a laser-based (LiDAR) 3D map of Malta, which service will serve as the base for research in cross-thematic fields. Planning Decision PHOTOVOLTAIC FARM TO ROOF MELLIEĦA SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

The Planning Commission has approved the development of another photovoltaic farm system on the roof area of another Sewage Treatment Plant. Trenching works connecting electricity cables to the existing substation have also been approved. The site, which is located in an area known as il-Mejjieli, limits of Mellieħa lies across the current main sewage outfall for the North of Malta at Iċ-Ċumnija. Read More
