A unique luxury powerboat distinguished by streamlined water lines and a high-impact exterior layout, it has been conceived to allow owners to live every moment in open air in complete autonomy, or share the pleasure of life on the water in the company of many family and friends
The VD56 is the new VanDutch model fully designed and produced under the stewardship of Cantiere Del Pardo, which bought the Dutch brand in 2020 and moved production to its existing facility in Forlì, Italy. With the elegant and timeless hull lines designed by Mulder Design, the VD56 preserves the soul of VanDutch and all the glamour and exclusivity associated with it. A distinctive evolution of the VD56, however, is the embodiment of Italian style and elegance. Those lucky enough to board the VD56 will discover a true escape from the real world. With expansive exterior deck areas, guests will be seduced by the charm of the sea. The backrests of the large aft sundeck are wide and adjustable to relax even during the fastest cruises. The comfortable L-shaped sofas located in the large cockpit, completed by a central table, offer a comfortable space for breakfast, lunch, appetizers, and dinners on board. The stern platform, which can be lowered to allow safe access to the water, creates a functional terrace at the water’s edge. The bar area in the cockpit means the VD56 can quickly transform into a
rooftop lounge bar where the skyline is made only of waves and sun on the horizon. The main principle behind this deck layout is to allow owners to enjoy the pleasure of life at sea surrounded by family and friends.
For Cantiere Del Pardo, innovation means responding to the evolution of the market and always offering the best solutions for VanDutch owners. One major innovation featured on the new VD56 is the introduction of a Volvo IPS engine to a VanDutch model for the first time. Envisioning the VD56 as an owner-driven yacht, the IPS offers ease of use and smoother boat handling. But the benefits don’t stop here: this engine also allows for improved performance while reducing fuel consumption and emissions. This compact engine configuration also leaves plenty of space on the lower deck for a flexible interior layout, with two available options to meet different owner requirements. The ‘lounge’ layout is design for those who will use the VD56 primarily for day cruising, encompassing a large open space below deck with a U-shaped sofa and a central table in the bow. In the stern, on the

port side, there is a linear kitchen equipped with all the comforts opposite an L-shaped sofa. For those who prefer more privacy, the ‘cabin’ version incorporates a master cabin in the bow, with an L-shaped sofa and linear kitchen aft, as well as the possibility to add a second cabin.
Freedom of expression is integral to the VanDutch design philosophy. Each owner of a VD56 is able to cruise with a unique aesthetic, with the option to put an accent of exclusivity over every detail. A wide range of luxurious fabrics and colours are available to give a custom touch to the onboard cushions, as well as an infinite number of finishes to give a special personality to the hull paintwork. There are few yachts on the water that will turn heads quite like the VD56. vandutch.com
