TwentyTwenty-Two was a fantastic year for Baglietto culminating in the sale of a record eighth yacht, a T52, just before Christmas. The hybrid steel and aluminium beauty by Francesco Paszkowski Design was also the eighth example of the displacement model to sell. Scheduled for delivery in 2025, Hull #10255 is, like her siblings, a delight for the modern owner with massive deck areas, superb water access and efficient hybrid propulsion. Slender, flowing lines draw together the brand’s past and present, lending the T52 a strong stylish personality. The original open stern with three-level beach club is a signature of Baglietto’s new direction, while a clever up-down floor system extends deck space when the attractive pool is not in use. Floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the upper deck create an allweather conversation and dining area, and the 24m long sundeck, another Baglietto hallmark, is unmatched on a vessel of these dimensions too. Powered by twin Caterpillar C32s, the T52 makes 16 knots at full throttle and cruises at 11.
