INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT

A

shley has grown into one of the top Spin instructors in Central Texas, and the Summit is so lucky to have her. She holds a B.A. in English & Film from the University of Tulsa. Ashley spent 10 years in Estes Park, Colorado where she and her husband owned and operated a successful mountain lodge and wedding venue. With two children, they wanted to be closer to family, so they relocated to Texas. Always having been athletic, Spinning came natural for Ashley. She has always loved workouts combined with killer music, and that’s exactly what Spin is! Her goal as an instructor is for each student to experience the excitement, energy, and sense of accomplishment she knows her live Spin classes provide. She carefully crafts each class with various genres of pumped up music to motivate; and she gets creative with class intervals, climbs, and sprints to keep it fresh. Her students will tell you she challenges them to get better with every class. Ashley will encourage anyone to give Spinning a shot and get hooked! Try one of Ashley’s classes this week. Ashley’s specialty class cost: $5 drop-in $30 for 15 classes (member) $45 for 15 classes (non-member)
