THE ONE WHERE WE ATE SLOW FOOD Slow Food Plovdiv Network was a project that brought together local citizens, farmers, and food producers who were affecting sustainable changes in food production and the culture of eating. The project was linked to the values of the slow food movement, which itself was a global response to the fast-food chains’ negative influence on local traditions and cultures that rely on agriculture and foods.
