People Richard Lyall, president of the Residential C o n s t r u c t i o n C o u n c i l o f O nt a r i o (RESCON), has been appointed to a steering committee of the Chicago-based Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The committee will oversee a research project that will look at the potential benefits of using a hybrid of steel and timber in high-rise buildings.

Shelley Kiley has joined the R i n n a i A m e r i c a n Corp., team as its vice president of operations. Kiley most recently spent three years leading a team within the supply chain and global Shelley operation strategy teams at Kiley Larson-Juhl.

Paul McDonald will take on the role of national sales manager on wholesale distribution for Aqua-Tech Sales and Marketing Inc. McDonald is a past chairman of the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating (CIPH) Paul and a past board member of McDonald the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI).
