Networking: promoting your online profile/portfolio by Kenneth Howgill Tuesday 16th June 11am - 12pm Roland Levinsky Building 208 Want to reach potential employers and a wider audience with your work? Discover methods for sharing your profile/portfolio and identify networking strategies to promote your work online. Following the session, there will be an opportunity to get feedback on your existing profile/web presence.

Freelancing as a creative: first steps by Kenneth Howgill Wednesday 17th June 11am - 12pm Roland Levinsky Building 208 Interested in starting a business or working as a freelance contractor for a range of companies but not sure how to take the first step? Find out the basics of how to start-up on a shoestring and types of business model including social enterprise.

How to write a great CV by Alex Houston Thursday 18th June 11am - 12pm Rolle 006 One CV does not fit all and it needs to be tailored to the role you are applying for. Find out the difference between a creative and ‘graduate’ CV and gain tips to make your experience and skills stand out.

Crowdfunding to support your practice by Kenneth Howgill Monday 22nd June 11am - 12pm Roland Levinsky Building 207 Ever wondered how crowdfunding can help you? Learn what crowdfunding is all about and the range of platforms you can use to fund projects, events, exhibitions or even a creative business start-up!
